ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Drive India By Yogi and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of in, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in in for the resolution of any disputes.
TRIPS
Airport Transfer
Extra Charges, if applicable (to be paid to the driver during the airport trip):
- a) Airport Transfer packages are applicable to the particular city limits only. Customer have any doubt above the packages and city limits, Please contact Outstation-Taxi customer care 24/7 Customer Service, +917221822999, +917221922999
- b) Distance traveled beyond selected 40 km airport packages will be upgraded to higher kms charges automatically. If customers cross the limitation of Airport packages kms from your pickup point or drop location.
- c) The airport trip charges included Airport toll ,and GST only, Excluded other road tolls, Airport and any Parking charges,etc.
- d) Any Special OR VIP pickup from Airport, If required Fluckcard or any, Please contact the Outstation-Taxi Customer Care center for the special request.
- e) For the airport transfer packages validity is only 02:00 hours limit of time to customer pickup or drop. Otherwise each hour will be charged Rs:150 extra to the customer. Except traffic jams and flight delays, Road black, etc.
- f) Customers need to select applicable airport transfer charges in online booking, based on the distance from the pickup point or drop location. If a customer selected an airport transfer lower package, if crossed your package limit, will charge to a higher package.
- g) Customers need to travel from Airport to out of the city limits or other city to Airport, It should be considered to be an outstation package.
Tariff and Extra Charges :
- Customers carry over luggage on trips. You will inform Outstation-Taxi Customer care before vehicle confirmation. ( If required carrier and bags roof,etc)
- Driver will be allowed the customer luggage, based on the vehicle boot space. The customer needs to pack the luggage in the proper manner. Otherwise, the driver will ignore the luggage. ( open bags, luggage leakage and spillage the items).
- Due to any reason , you will miss the flight, Outstation-Taxi or Driver will not be responsible. You need to plan your trip timings in advance.
- Due to any reason , your flight will be delayed. You need to pass the same message to the Outstation-Taxi Or Driver.
- You need to follow the traffic rules and speed limit. In case of any accident, Please inform the Outstation-Taxi Customer care.
- The Outstation-Taxi ( Drive India By Yogi) is not paid or responsible for any accident claims or issues. You can apply for vehicle insurance as per MVC act .
Cancellations and Changes to Itinerary :
- In case of change of plans, please cancel the booking 24 hours in advance. This will free the car and will help other passengers avail Outstation-Taxi (Drive India By Yogi). It is important to note that. We do not support cancellations through our website or through emails, SMS.Please reach out to our call center Mobile No: 24/7 Customer Service, +91 9972555713, 7676671797, 9900926533 – to proceed with cancellations.
- Any request for change in the itinerary will be subject to car availability and prevailing rates.
- Drive India By Yogi (Drive India By Yogi) reserves to cancel the trip with minimum 04 hours of advance notice in case of emergencies or external circumstances beyond Outstation-Taxi control e.g. local strike, bandh, curfews, natural calamities etc.
- In case of cancellations before 04 hours from your pickup date & time, Free cancellation charges.
- In case of cancellations your trip on pickup location or vehicle reach to pick up Place ( If any reason). Customers need to pay Rs:400/- to Driver / Outstation-Taxi. ( For Fuel Charges of Vehicle) Sedan Or hatchback and If SUV, XUV, Tempo traveler Rs:1000/-.
Driver and Car :
- At the end of the trip, please check and take all your belongings with you. In case you have lost your belongings inside the vehicle, we are not responsible for the loss or damage.
- The car is meant for Airport usage only and a penalty will be levied if the car is used for out of city limitations for local travel within your pick-up (source) city. The Trip OR local package will be automatically upgraded to the Outstation package.
- Outstation-Taxi reserves the right to charge the customer for any intentional or unintentional damage done to the exterior or interior of the car.
- The driver would require periodic tea-breaks and meal-breaks, which can be coordinated directly with them.
- Any extra cash that you have given to the driver needs to be collected from the driver by yourself. Outstation-Taxi will not be responsible for such reimbursements.
Customer Notice:
- Customers need to avoid 100% Smoking, Drinking & Food eating in the Vehicle.
- Customers will carry any illegal things, Alcohol,drugs contained in the journey, Outstation-Taxi and Driver Will not Responsible and If Driver will notice that , The driver will inform the nearest police station or Concern Govt dept immediately.
- Customer need support vehicle hygienic and clean in the trip. In case the customer didn’t support the vehicle to be hygienic and clean. Customer will pay a cleaning charge Rs:500/- to the driver. It is not included in your trip bill.
- Customers need to avoid Animals ( Dog, Cat, hen, Cocks, etc) carried out on the trips.
- Customers need support drivers. In case of any emergency , wrong route operation, Driver cooperation issues, vehicle breakdown, or any issue rise, Please contact Outstation-Taxi Customer Care Immediately.
- In case of customer misbehavior with driver Or Public in the trip. For any Damages, The customer is wholly responsible and Driver or Outstation-Taxi will have the right to raise a legal complaint against the customer.
Local Package
Extra Charges and Terms (where applicable): Local packages
- Inter-state tax, Toll Charge and Parking.
- The kilometers will be charged starting from and ending at the Customer pick up location.
- Distance traveled beyond 80 km will be charged at ?11/km.
- Extra Hours (Beyond 8 hours) will be charged: ? 120/hr
- Night driving allowance of ?300 per night, if your trip requires night driving between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am for any night apart from the pick up night.
- Includes cabs like Etios, Dzire, Amaze, Aspire, Fiesta, Manza or Verito.
Tariff and Extra Charges :
- You will be charged a minimum amount of distance (km) per package of your travel. The minimum distance is in the range of your packages. If the total trip distance exceeds this minimum distance, extra charges will be added per km as specified on your booking confirmation email.
- For driving between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am on any of the nights, an additional allowance will need to be paid to the driver. This amount has been mentioned in your booking confirmation email.
- Some routes have hour-based packages. If the trip extends beyond package hours, charges will be added for each extra hour.
- You will follow the City traffic rules and regulation, If any traffic violations happen as per customer instruction in the trip or package, the Customer needs to be liable to pay fine and any penalty. The Driver and Outstation-Taxi are not responsible.
- The bill will be calculated based on the distance from your pick-up point to the pick-up point.
- All extra charges billed over the package price shall include levy of applicable Service Tax.
- All road toll fees, parking charges, state taxes etc. will be considered extra charges and will have to be paid to the concerned authorities as per actuals. Please collect the receipts for these directly from the authorities or the driver. These will not be included in the Outstation-Taxi bill ( Drive India By Yogi).
- In case of pick-up from Airport, the airport parking charges will have to be paid to the concerned authorities as per actuals. Please collect the Airport parking receipt directly from the authorities or the driver. This will not be included in the Outstation-Taxi bill ( Drive India By Yogi).
- Customers carry over luggage on trips. You will inform Outstation-Taxi Customer care before vehicle confirmation. ( If required carrier and bags roof,etc)

OutStation Terms & Conditions
Extra Charges, if applicable (to be paid to the driver during the outstation trip):
- a) Distance traveled beyond 750 km will be charged at Rs. 09.50/kms.
- b) Approximate Inter-State Tax Charges will be Rs. 500 – Rs. 600. Also, it may vary based on the number of days a customer spends in each destination. Customers will get receipts of Rs. 350 – Rs. 420. Please note that Outstation-Taxi (Drive India By Yogi) has no control on the rest amount.
- c) For night driving between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, an allowance of Rs. 250 (per night) will need to be paid to the driver. The night allowance for 02.04.2019 is already accounted for in the fare above.
- d) Customers need to take care of the vehicle driver in a non remotable place. (Food, Water, Safety,etc) This Expenses not including the Outstation-Taxi bill.
- e) The kilometers will be charged starting from and ending at the Customer pick up location.
Tariff and Extra Charges :
- You will be charged a minimum amount of distance (km) per day of your travel. The minimum distance is in the range of 150km – 250km. This will depend on your pickup city, route and trip duration.
- a) As an example, if the minimum distance charged per day is 250 km, this would mean a minimum charge of 750 km for a 03 day trip. You are free to utilize these km over the 03 days. You may wish to travel 250 km during the first 2 days and the remaining 500 km on the last day.
- b) If the total trip distance exceeds this minimum distance, extra charges will be added per km as specified on your booking confirmation email.
- c) The daytime driver allowance is already included in the fare presented to you.
- For driving between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am on any of the nights, an additional allowance will need to be paid to the driver every night. This amount has been mentioned in your booking confirmation email.
- Some routes have hour-based packages. If the trip extends beyond package hours, charges will be added for each extra hour.
- The number of days in the trip will be calculated on the basis of calendar days and not 24 hours from pick-up time.
- The bill will be calculated based on the distance from your pick-up point to the pick-up point.
- All extra charges billed over the package price shall include levy of applicable Service Tax.
